In January of 2016 GM and I were driving in a car alone to from Switzerland to France for a team dinner. During our ride we were having a lot of issues finding the place and it seemed like GM was stalling for some reason. GM also would not let anyone else drive in the car with us while other cars were packed with people.
During our ride GM was asking questions to get to know me and my background. Once I told him about my background it seemed as if he was a bit timed. I believe this because they were about to launch a new website and did not even think about redirecting all the existing pages to their new URL structure.
At that time, GM looked at me and said, I know how to deal with people like you.
